PLA activities in the waters and airspace around Taiwan

6 to 6 a.m. (UTC+8) Saturday to Sunday, Jan. 6-7

2.PLA activities：
8 PLA aircraft and 6 PLAN vessels around Taiwan were detected by 6 a.m.(UTC+8) today. R.O.C. Armed Forces have monitored the situation and tasked CAP aircraft, Navy vessels, and land-based missile systems to respond these activities.

3.PLA balloon：
One PRC’s balloon was detected at 14:16 yesterday after crossing the median line of the Taiwan Strait at the location 90 nautical miles west of Keelung and altitude of approximately 32,000 feet. The balloon headed east and disappeared at 16:07 yesterday.
